use in video games

Hi, I'm wondering whether we would be able to use some of these images in a commercial video game, for creating incidental details - things like magazine covers, adverts, signs and so on. It is not clear from the license or not? The images would be deviated, modified etc and used as textures. Can anyone clarify?

The images are not owned by RGBStock. You have to ask the owners of the images, by clicking "contact" next to the photo or image, or on the profile page of the gallery owner.. Inclusion in a game is not covered by the licence, so you need permission. A lot of people would be happy for you to include their images, some wouldn't. Only takes a few moments to ask. If you don't hear back, assume permission wasn't given.

You would need a photographers permission to use pictures in a video games since you would be earning income from the game. You might consider offering the photographer a game in exchange for their permission.
